     Shimakyu was established in 1877 in Japan, with starting the business by importing and distributing of chemical substances. Now we are a manufacturer and exporter of Premix Flour, Food Additives and Spices Mix & Seasoning products. Our products can be apart of various kinds of business therefore; Seafood & Meat Processing, Sauce & Seasoning, Beverage, Bakery, Snack, Confectionary, Noodles & Skins and etc.

We have our own recipes as “Shimakyu” brand and we can develop the exclusive recipes for the exclusive customers – as “exclusively yours recipes“, also we can do as a OEM business as “Customer” brand.

In Thailand, we have 2 factories are located in Amphoe Mueang Samut Sakhon (Mahachai Area) and Amphoe Krathumbaen, Samut Sakhon with total production capacity up to 20 tons per day.
Our quality has been warranted by the system certificates of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 22000-2005, HALAL and Gluten Free Certificates
